Provider earnings

Fees and provider estimates

A practical explanation of how IZHUB turns booking value into a provider earnings estimate.

How the estimate is formed

The provider estimate is intentionally simple so providers can understand expected earnings before release.

  1. 1

Start with the accepted booking value

This is the quote amount the customer agreed to pay for the booking.

  2. 2

    Apply the IZHUB platform fee

The platform fee is calculated per booking based on the accepted value.

  3. 3

    Show the provider estimate

The estimate is booking value minus the IZHUB platform fee.

  4. 4

    Release after completion is confirmed

Eligible earnings are sent after the customer confirms completion and payout setup is ready.

Simple formula

Provider estimate = accepted booking value minus the IZHUB platform fee for that booking.

Platform fee tiers

The fee is calculated per booking. Each booking uses the tier that matches its accepted value.

What the estimate does not include

The estimate helps with planning, but it should not be read as a final payout statement.

Stripe processing and transfer details

Stripe may apply processing or transfer handling outside the IZHUB estimate. Stripe and the receiving bank can also affect when funds arrive.

Unconfirmed or disputed work

A booking must be completed and confirmed before provider earnings can be released. Disputed work pauses release while the issue is reviewed.

Incomplete payout setup

Providers need completed payout details before released earnings can transfer to their connected account.

Common questions

Why is it called an estimate?+

It is calculated from booking value and platform fee rules, but final bank arrival can still depend on Stripe and bank processing.

Does the estimate include Stripe fees?+

No. Stripe processing and transfer details can affect the final amount or timing after IZHUB sends eligible earnings.

Does a higher booking always use the same fee rate?+

The platform fee rate is selected per booking from the fee tier that applies to that booking value.
