The release sequence
Paid work moves through a short release path. The important point is that provider earnings are not released before completion is confirmed.

Customer pays the accepted quote
The customer pays the full accepted quote amount through IZHUB when they book the provider.

The booking value is held
The payment remains held while the work is active. It is not treated as provider balance yet.

The customer confirms completion
Confirmation is the release trigger. It tells IZHUB that the agreed work has been completed.

Provider earnings are sent
IZHUB sends eligible provider earnings to the connected Stripe payout account.

The status tells you whether a payout can move forward or whether the booking is still waiting on an event.

What can delay release
Most delays come from confirmation, Stripe setup, or normal transfer processing.

A booking that is still active or awaiting confirmation does not release provider earnings.

After IZHUB sends eligible earnings, Stripe and bank transfer schedules can affect arrival time.

Providers must finish Stripe payout setup before released earnings can be transferred.
